The new and reformed holistic Premier approach to player performance. Replacing traditional methods of "Speed and Agility" with a scientifically supported modern approach incorporating periodized methods into all training sessions in order to maximize development and performance. These methods implement and maintain healthy habits that will form a strong foundation for life beyond the soccer field. 

 

The program includes testing (FMS), individualized feedback, injury prevention, nutritional education and athletic development.
